We as an MVP really do value views and ideas from women, partners and families who have used local maternity services here in Calderdale and Huddersfield. We would love to hear from you, and it would be great if you could complete our ‘General Maternity’ online survey. All responses are anonymous, and the survey will give you an opportunity to share your experiences of care and services that you have received during pregnancy, labour and baby’s first year.

From time to time, we’ll also develop additional surveys, and these are used to help delve into specific themes/issues which we want to understand in greater detail.  These will be made available here and we’ll also post them on our ‘Let’s Talk Maternity’ Facebook page.
